Suggest a better description1) Make the pasta while preparing the sauce.
2) Melt butter on low heat in a saucepan.
3) Whisk in the four and dry mustard. Whisk it for about a minute after they dissolve.
4) Add the warm milk. Cook over medium heat, whisking frequently, for about 5 minutes, until thickened.
5) Add the cheese, and stir until it melts.
6) Season to taste with salt, white pepper and optional hot stuff.
7) Add the drained pasta to the cheese sauce, along with any steamed veggies.
8) if you want to bake it, put it in a casserole, top with breadcrumbs and bake in the oven at 350 for about 30 minutes.
