First scoop the stems off your strawberries.
Use a blender to make a "strawberry sauce" by placing half of the strawberries along with the water and briefly mixing it up. When it is the consistency you like (sort of liquid w/ few chunks) pour the mixture out for later and stir in sugar to taste
Next, add the Cream Cheese to blender and mix up to a nice creamy texture.
Scrape down sides of blender, then add cream and a handful of strawberries and blend again. (I prefer to blend until a little smoother but, the chunks of strawberries add a nice texture as well)
Serve in a parfait glass layering the mixture and the sauce from earlier, garnish with a fresh strawberry or two on top. You can eat this right away or chill in the fridge.
I suggest chilling for about ten minutes or so.
