1. Preheat oven to 375. lightly grease scone pan
2. In a food processor, process strawberries with the half and half
3. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour salt sugar and baking powder and butter using fingertips or pastry blender
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the strawberry/half and half and the vanilla. Stir this into the dry ingredients. Add diced strawberries and stir just until everything is well combined and you have a sticky dough.
Drop the dough onto the prepared pan (size of a golf ball) bake until Golden brown, 18-25 minutes.
