Dissolve jello and add thawed berries, add sugar and salt. Let set until jelled, not firm. Whip cream stiff and fold in jello.
Lay cubed cake on bottom and put in layers with jello mixture. Use 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Chill in refrigerator.
