Moist strawberry bread, great as holiday gifts or to bring to a gathering.
Combine dry ingredients and sift or blend well. Add moist ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased and lightly floured loaf pans. (Fill pans 2/3rd's full.) Bake @ 350 x 1 hr or until toothpick comes out clean when stuck in center of loaf. Freezes well! Makes 2 large loaf pans OR 4 small loaf pans! Optionally can also use peeled and well cleaned soup cans for a different cylinder shaped loaf! Enjoy! :)
