This was one of my Mom's favorites.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix first 6 ingredients with mixer 2 minutes. Pour into greased 9x13 and bake 35-40 minutes till done.
Cool
Frosting-Mix final 3 ingredients. Spread over cake when cooled.
