Delicious cheesecake dessert.
1. Licuafy the maria cookies with the butter, and pour the pastry on a pie refractory, be carefeul and extend it all over. Put aside.
2. Licuafy the rest of the ingredients, except the strawberries, and pour over the refractory with the pastry.
3. Bake for about 45 minutes in bain marie with a temperature of 160° C.
4. Take out of the oven, let it cool down for two hour and decorate with strawberries.
