Mix the arugula in a bowl with the Puglia EVOO and season with salt and pepper
Cut the Avocado into pieces and immediately sprinkle with lemon juice
Add the strawberries and avocado to the arugula and toss lightly, then plate
Saute the chicken and add even amounts to each salad. Toss with raspberry dressing and chives and serve.
