Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter and pour into 9x13 inch glass pan. In a small bowl mix egg, milk, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Pour over butter, do not stir. Add strawberries, arranging in a single layer. Sprinkle cream cheese over strawberries. Bake 45 minutes. Serve with ice cream or cool whip.
