Suggest a better descriptionSpread cream cheese on bottom of pie crust. Place sliced strawberries on top of cream cheese. Set aside.
Place 1 cup strawberries in saucepan with 1/4 cup water. Mash with potato masher. Add corn starch and sugar. Bring mixture to a boil and stir constantly until a thickened consistency is achieved. Pour hot mixture over strawberries and cream cheese in pie crust.
Chill at least 4 hours to set.
