Suggest a better description1) Whisk biscuit/baking mix, egg, milk, and vanilla. Grease 8 inch skillet with butter and pour 2 tablespoons batter into skillet. Lift and tilt pan to coat bottom evenly. Cook until top appears dry; turn and cook 15-20 seconds longer. Remove to a wire rack. Repeat with remaining batter, adding butter to skillet as needed.
2) Beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and ground cinnamon until smooth. Spoon 2 rounded tablespoons down the center of each crepe; roll up.
3) Cover and microwave frozen strawberries and strawberry glaze on high 1-2 minutes or until heated through. Serve over crepes.
