Cook all at a very mild boil (less than medium heat) for about 40 minutes. Skim the foam from the top of the fruit while cooking.
Preparing and filling jars;
Wash, place in pot and cover with water. Boil gently for 15 minutes. Turn off heat and let stand in hot water until about 5 minutes before you are ready to fill jars. Place upside-down on towel to drain. Jars should still be warm when filled. Put lids in pot, cover and heat for a few minutes until warm, but don't boil. Lids should be warm when put on jars. Fill jars within 1/4 inch of top or there will be too much air. After filling, wipe rims with a dam cloth and top with arm lid and attach ring. Try to work quickly so food is still hot.
