Strawberry Jello Salad with bananas and pineapple and a layer of sour cream in the middle.
In a bowl, pour boiling water over the jello and mix. Add strawberries, pineapple with the juice and bananas. Stir until strawberries are thawed. Pour half of mixture into a 9x12 casserole dish. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Add sour cream on top and refrigerate for another hour. Add remainder of Jello mix on top of sour cream and refrigerate for another 2 hours. Serve.
