Preheat Oven to 215
Line 2 sheets w/ Baking Paper
Start whisking your Eggs, once foamy add the Cream of Tarter and Salt. As the whip builds slowly add the sugar.
Once the eggs get to about soft peak then turn up the speed and beat until stiff peaks. Fold in the Strawberries.
Pipe meringue onto sheets, about 2 inch dobs.
Bake for 90 min, rotating half way through.
Makes approx 48 cookies
