Suggest a better descriptionLIGHTLY oil four pyramid shaped moulds. Slice the strawberries and line the sides of the moulds with them. Chill the moulds. Soak the gelatine in 45 ml water. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar, till the sugar dissolves and the mixture is creamy. Boil the milk and gradually add the egg and sugar mixture to it and continue whisking it. Melt the gelatine on a double boiler and add it to the mixture. Stir well and remove from heat. When the mixture is lukewarm, fold in the strawberry puree and whipped cream. Place the bowl on a bed of ice and keep stirring till the mixture is just about to set. Pour immediately into the chilled moulds. Refrigerate till serving time. Serve chilled. NOTES : Its sweet, tangy and delicious
