A VERY tasty and sturdy cake filling, goes well with vanilla or chocolate cake and can be modified as different flavours
Mix Heavy whipping cream on med-high. Slowly add all of the contents of the Instant Vanilla pudding and strawberry gelatin powder to whipping cream until it reaches a thick mousse and all of the gelatin and pudding mix is dissolved. Add strawberry jam and continue to mix.
Then Refrigerate.
Once cold and firm, fold in cool whip

This was amazing in the French vanilla cake. For more fresh tasting filling add fresh strawberries as a layer. . They will emit juice though, so serve immediately if using fresh. Even Jay loved this!
