Bring 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar to a boil. Mix a little water with 3 tablespoons cornstarch. Stir into water and sugar mixture a little at a time and cook until thick and clear, stirring constantly.
Add a few drops of red coloring and 1 teaspoon lemon joice and let cool a little and pour over b---.
Chill 1 Hour before serving.
