Easy and delicious!
In sauce pan, mash 1/4 of the berries. Add 1/2 cup water and 1 cup sugar. Heat to boiling, then thicken with the blended corn starch. Cook till clear. Do not overcook as berries get gummy.
Place fresh clean, remaining berries in a pie shell. Put cooked mixture over the berries. Chill 3-4 hours in fridge. Top with whip cream.
