Strawberry, Pineapple, Banana Salad
1 cup boiling water 1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 6-oz. pkg. strawberry jello 2 medium bananas, sliced
1 16-oz. frozen strawberries pt. sour cream
cup chopped pecans
Dissolve Jello in water. Add strawberries (undrained), pineapple (drained), bananas and cup chopped pecans. Pour half mixture into 6 cup mold and chill until firm. Let rest stand at room temperature. Carefully spread sour cream over chilled mixture. Chill until firm and then carefully spoon remaining mixture over top of sour cream. Chill overnight.
