In a bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, melted butter and sugar. Press into an ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.
For filling, in a small bowl, beat Cool Whip, cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Spread over the cooled pretzel crust. Refrigerate until chilled.
For topping, dissolve gelatin in boiling water in a large bowl. Stir in thawed and fresh strawberries and chill until partially set. Carefully spoon over filling. Chill for 4-6 house or until firm.
