Mix crushed pretzels, 3 tbsp of the sugar, melted butter. Press into 9 x 13 pan.
Mix cream cheese, 1 cup of the sugar, and cool whip. Spread onto crust.
Mix jello, boiling water, and strawberries. Pour on top of cool whip. Mix and refrigerate until hardened.
