Mix crust ingredients together and press into a 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 350? for 10 minutes.
Layer 2: Mix cream cheese and sugar together. Add whipped topping and spread over cool crust.
Layer 3: Stir gelatin and hot water until Jello is dissolved -- add strawberries. When berries thaw, pour mixture over Layer 2.
Refrigerate until set.
