Layer 1: Mix ingredients. Press into a 13x9 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Do not over bake.
Layer 2: Mix cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Stir in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
Layer 3: Stir jello with boiling water until dissolved. Stir in frozen strawberries and stir until thawed and separated. Pour over layer 2.
Add layers slowly - make sure to let them set or salad will not turn out well.
