Suggest a better descriptionMix Eagle Brand milk with water;, beat well. Add pudding mix and beat. Put in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Add Cool Whip and mix well. In a large 3 quart bowl, spoon 1/4 of the pudding, top with 1/4 of strawberries and 1/4 box of vanilla wafers. Alternate layers ending with pudding. Garnish top with 6 crushed vanilla wafers and a few strawberries. Randy Rigg
