Suggest a better descriptionPut the rhubarb, strawberries and white sugar in a pot and boil, stirring occasionally, until it's gone runny, then take off the heat and allow it to cool. Preheat oven to 375.
Mix eggs, vanilla, salt, baking powder, brown sugar & cinnamon in a large bowl until combined. Add the rhubarb mixture slowly and mix it in to gradually raise the temperature of the egg mixture. Once all of the rhubarb is added, add the milk and mix again. Finally, mix in the oats and pour into a baking dish coated in non-stick spray. Bake until the center no longer appears wet.
