Strawberry Rhubarb pie with a crumb topping just like apple crisp. Delicious!
Beat egg. Add sugar, flour and vanilla and mix well. Fold in rhubarb and strawberries and pour into pie crust shell. Mix together topping ingredients (flour through cold butter) and sprinkle on top of pie. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes and then 350 degrees F for 35 minutes. Remove pie from oven and cool.
