A sweet and tangy desert!
Mix rhubarb, sugar and 1/2 cup water in a large saucepan. Heat to boiling over medium heat. Simmer about 10 min. Or until tender. Meanwhile mix gelatin with 1/4 cup water and lemon juice to soften. Stir gelatin mixture into hot rhubarb to dissolve gelatin. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in sliced berries. Pour into 6 cup mold. Chill until set which is about three hours. Unfold
onto lettuce lined serving plate and garnish with berries.
Note: iIf flavored Jello is used (which I prefer), sugar is added to taste and considerably less is used. Also I prefer desert when served warm!
