Suggest a better descriptionIn a food processor puree 1 cup of the berries, sugar, lemon juice and lemon rind. Thinly slice the remaining berries and toss with puree. Split the biscuits in half on 4 dessert plates. Spoon the berry mixture over the bottom halves of biscuits. Spoon whipped cream over and replace biscuit tops.
