Mix all ingredients except strawberries and whipped cream until soft dough forms. Spread in ungreased square pan, 8x8x2, or round pan, 8x 1 1/2.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes; cut into serving pieces. Split each piece horizontally.
Fill and top each serving with strawberries. Top with whipped cream.
