I feel in love with this when I was on a cruise. I asked my waiter if he could get me the recipe. The next day he gave a copy of the recipe from the chef.
It started out with 100 kilograms of strawberries, 4 liters of white wine, etc.
I had to reconstruct the recipe from scratch. I got extremely close.
Place all ingredients, except sliced strawberrys and sour cream/yougurt into a blender and blend until smooth.
Refrigerate overnite.
To Serve
Pour into bowl, top with a dollop of sour cream or yogurt and top that with a sliced strawberry.
