This is a wonderfully delicious spinach salad that draws raves, and requests for details!!! It serves a large crown, so you may have to cut it in half for a family.
Sugared nuts -
Heat a small skillet over meadium heat. Add sugar and nuts. Cook and stir unti nuts are golden and coated with melted sugar. Spread on a sheet of foil to cool.
To serve -
Toss together spinach, strawvberries, nuts, onions, and salad dressing.
Strawberry Poppy Seed dressing
Place vinegar, honey, salt, mustard, oil and strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add poppy seeds and mix. Refridgerate until ready to serve.
