1. preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.
2. to make the streusel topping, stir the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt together in a small bowl. set aside
3. to make the muffins, whisk the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, allspice, and salt together in a large bowl. whisk the sugar, yogurt, fruit spread, milk, oil, and egg together in a medium bowl. add the sugar mixture to the flour mixture and stir just until the flour is moistened.
4. fill the muffin cups evenly with the batter. sprinkle the streusel evenly on the batter. bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 20-25 minutes. Cool in the pan pm a rack 5 minutes. remove th muffins from the pan and cool on the rack. serve warm or at room temperature.
