Line an 8X5" loaf pan with foil, spray with Pam and set aside.
Beat sugar and oil until blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well until light and fluffy.
Mix in pumpkin on low speed.
Whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg; gradually add to sugar mixture.
Pour into prepared pan.
FOR STREUSEL:
Mix brown sugar, flour and butter with pastry cutter until crumb texture.
Spread topping over entire loaf.
Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick test - it's even better to take temperature with digital thermometer - it's ready at 200 degrees.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
