Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 400. Grease bottoms of muffin cups, or line with paper baking cups. Mix bisquick, raisins, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger in bowl. Beat milk, oil, pumpkin, and egg until smooth. Stir into raisins mixture; beat vigorously 30 strokes. Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full. Sprinkle streussel topping over batter in each cup. Bake until tops spring back when touched in center. 15-20 minutes.
