Suggest a better descriptionSpray work surface with nonstick cooking spray. Combine rolls to form a ball and roll into a 18-in. x 10-in. rectangle. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest.
In a large skillet, brown ground beef; drain well. Add onion and garlic and cook until onions are tender. Melt butter in a small pan. Add cream cheese and basil to beef mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove plastic wrap from the dough. Spread beef mixture evenly, lengthwise, over middle third of dough. Fold sides over meat mixture. Tuck ends under. Place on a large greased baking sheet. Cover loaf with greased plastic wrap and let rise 30 min.
Remove plastic wrap. With a serrated knife, make 1/4-in. deep diagonal slits every 1-1/2 in. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown .
