Suggest a better descriptionMix first six ingredients; form into 32 meatballs. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet. Add meatballs and cook three minutes or untl gold brown. Remove to a plate. Add mushrooms to skillet; saute 3 minutes until slightly browned. Stir in Sherry; cook 30 seconds. Stir in gravy and meatballs, over and simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream and scallions
I used canned mushrooms. I do not make the meatballs, I just brown it all together.
