Roll out pizza dough to a long recantgle. I used my pizza dough and used the whole thing.
Layer the meats on the dough first starting with salami then ham then prosciutto . Then the cheeses. I used sliced mozzarella and provolone. Roll up into a log and place on a baking sheet, Drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes in a 400 degree oven.
