Unroll the French Loaf on parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Spread a thin layer of mayo and mustard on the dough, leave 1" from edges unspread.
Top with 4-6 pieces of each kind of meat.
Cover with provolone or swiss cheese down the middle and on the sides. Top with pimientos or red peppers.
Carefully roll dough and seal the long edge and ends. Leave seam on bottom.
Bake at 375 until golden brown, 15-20 minutes.
