Suggest a better descriptionGrease a baking sheet and roll out dough in a rectangular shape.
Layer center 1/3 dough with cheese and meats. Sprinkle with Italian dressing.
Using a pizza cutter, cut the sides of the dough diagonally, about every inch.
Fold the top edge of the dough in first over the filling. Then braid sides by folding side strips in over the top of the filling, alternating left and right. After braiding, fold bottom end of dough up over filling to seal loaf.
Beat together egg and dry Italian dressing. Brush overtop of stromboli. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until brown,
Serve warm with your favorite marinara sauce as a dip.
Can be made with broccoli and cheese as well! Lightly steam broccoli before placing on dough.
