Delicious cake that I have every year on my birthday!
CHOCOLATE CAKE
Pre-Heat oven to 350°.
- In a very large bowl, mix together everything except the chocolate chips. Batter will be thick!
- Stir in the chocolate chips
- Pour into a greased/floured 9"x13" baking pan
Bake for 50 minutes or until dry toothpick comes out clean.
BUTTERCREAM FROSTING
- Cream butter in a small bowl
- Blend in cocoa powder, vanilla, and powdered sugar alternately with the cream
- Beat with electric mixed until desired texture is reached
