Prepare Artichokes by trimming each leaf and cutting the top and bottom so they will sit flat in the pan. Par cook 20 min.
When cool to the touch add stuffing through all leaves.
Stuffing:
Bread, Crumbs, Parsley, Garlic, Cheese, Salt & Pepper
Place into sauce pan again and drizzle a little Olive Oil in each Choke.
Add enough water to bottom of pan to keep it from sticking and cook covered about 45 minutes,
basting with water oil mis.
Buy smaller and thinner Artichokes. They are more tender.
