Similar to twice baked potatoes.
Grease and bake potatoes at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut in half lengthwise. Spoon out centers while hot and put in mixing bowl. Save skins. Combine remaining ingredients then mix with potato fillings. Mix with electric mixer for 3 minutes and medium speed. Place Mixture in potato skins. Brown in hot over (400-450 degrees) approximately 4 minutes or until golden brown.
