1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
2. Cook the breakfast patties in a pan over medium heat
3. Remove from pan and drain over paper towels, set aside.
4. Use same pan and scrabble eggs with garlic lovers and s+p, set aside.
5. Open can of biscuits and separate each piece.
6. Slice each in half, lengthwise, but not cutting all the way through.
7. Place a patty in the middle and spoon some scrambled eggs not top. Fold over the other half of the biscuit and pinch edges together.
8. Place on lined baking sheet.
9. Bake in oven for 13-16 minutes, or until cooked all the way through.
Gravy
1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, flour, and Cajun seasoning
2. Mix well and let cook for 2 minutes.
3. Slowly add in milk while continuing to stir and remove lumps.
4. Add black pepper and garlic & herb to taste.
5. Cook until slightly thickened.
