Preheat oven to 400
Combine stuffing mix and 1 cup of water in a large bowl. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in eggs. Spread stuffing mixture evenly over chicken breasts to within 1/2 inch of outer edges. (Pounding flat is optional, but will give you more area to work with.) Roll up chicken to enclose stuffing.
Place chicken rolls, seam side down, in 9x13 pan. Mix soup and milk, pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for 30 minutes. (Cook through)
