In separate pan, add celery thru zest in pan, saute together and then add cooked rice
Heat oven to 400 degrees
STUFF BIRDS
Stuff birds (2 whole) with the mix
Baste birds with 1 cup orange juice and honey
Turn oven down to 325 degrees and place stuffed birds into oven for 35-55 minutes
STIR FRIED VEGETABLES
Saute Bok Choy thru Peppers with sesame oil, garlic, ginger and lastly add soy sauce and sesame seeds
