Cornish Hens stuffed with wild rice.
Heat oven 375. Cook wild rice per instruction. Rinse Cornish Hens and remove giblets, pat dry. Place butter under breast skin and season with preferred seasoning inside and out of hens. In a pan place hens and stuff with rice mixture. Place remaining rice around the hens in pan. Cover in foil and bake for 30 minutes then remove foil and continue to cook for another 30.
