Good for Breakfast / Brunch - my family loves this!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange eggs 1 layer deep in buttered 9 inch piepan or au gratin dish. Melt butter over moderate heat in a small moderate heat in a small saucepan, blend in flour, slowly add mild and seasonings, and heat and stir until thickened; add cheese, stirring until melted. Pour over eggs and bake, uncovered, 20-30 minutes until bubbly. If you like, brown lightly under broiler
