Tenderize the flank steak with a meat mallet until the steak is an even thicknes of about 1/4 ot 1/8 inch. Place in a baking dish or plastic bag and add dressing. Cover dish or seal bag and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Remove flank steak from marinade and reserve the liquid. Blot marinade from steak with a paper towel. Lay out steak ona work surface. Cover with prosciutto. Do not layer or fold ham. Place pimentos on ham. srinkle garlic, basil Parmesan chees and onions over the steaks entire surface. Preheat oven to 350. Carefully roll the flank steak filled with vegetables and cheese so when spirals are cut, the meat will be cut cross-grained. Place steak in a large piece of foil. Season stezak roll with salt and pepperand pour reserved marinade over it. Place fiol wrapped rill in a 9 by 13 inch baking pan. Bake 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes. Remove steak fro foil. Slice across the grain 1/4 inch thick on a slight diagonal and serve. Pour the cooked marinade in a serving bowl and pass on the side.
