Melt butter in skillet and sauté onions & garlic. Stir in Worcestershire, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano & cheese. Brown lightly. Toss to combine well. Stuff mustroom caps with mixture and top with parmesan.
Bake at 350ºF for 12-15 minutes on greased pan.
