- Heat a medium skillet over medium-low heat and add the avocado oil
- Add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes, then set aside to cool
- In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and spinach
- Spoon into mushroom caps and top with panko if desired
- Bake or air fry until golden
